The firm's appellate department handles appeals at all levels of state and federal court. The firmÍs members have submitted briefs and participated in oral arguments before the Court of Appeals of Kentucky, the Supreme Court of Kentucky and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth, Sixth and Ninth Circuits. Many of the appellate decisions obtained by the firm have become published decisions which have established new legal principles instrumental in furthering the progress of the law in State and Federal court.
