| Milton M. Livingston, Jr., born in Paducah, Kentucky, received his B.S. degree in economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky where he was a member of the Moot Court Board. Mr. Livingston served as Paducah City Prosecuting Attorney for 5 years. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Louisville and has served as Vice Chairman. He is currently Vice Chairman of the Four Rivers Center for the Performing Arts. Mr. Livingston served as secretary-treasurer, vice president and president of the McCracken County Bar Association and is also a member of the Kentucky and American Bar Associations. His practice includes estate planning, banking law, hospital law, corporation, business associations, trials and appeals. |
