| Milton M. Livingston, Jr., born in Paducah, Kentucky, received his B.S. degree in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky where he was a member of the Moot Court Board. Mr. Livingston served as Paducah City Prosecuting Attorney for 5 years. He was a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Louisville for 12 years and has served as Vice Chairman and Secretary of the Board. He is currently a member of the University of Louisville Board of Overseers. He was Vice Chairman of the Carson Four Rivers Center for the Performing Arts for 8 years and is currently a Board Member, member of the Executive Committee and Legal Council. He holds a USCG 100 Ton Masters Captains License. He is a past President of the Rotary Club of Paducah and past Senior Warden of Grace Episcopal Church. Mr. Livingston served as secretary-treasurer, vice president and president of the McCracken County Bar Association and is also a member of the Kentucky and American Bar Associations. He is admitted to the Bar of the Sixth Circuit, the Fourth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. His practice includes estate planning, banking law, corporation, business associations, trials and appeals. |
