| Zachary D. McMillan was born and raised in Paducah, Kentucky. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Murray State University. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law. While attending UK, he clerked for Kentucky Supreme Court Justice J. W. "Bill" Graves. He was also a member of the Kentucky Law Journal and was selected to be "Outstanding Third-Year Staff Member" for 2003-04. His memberships include the Kentucky and American Bar Associations. His areas of practice focus upon real estate, trust and estate, and business law. |
