| Daniel P. Murphy, Jr. born in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, received his bachelor's degree in political science and Juris Doctor at the University Of Kentucky. While at UK, Mr. Murphy served as vice president of the Student Bar Association and was selected as a member of the ATLA trial team and received the Vincent E. Harding Public Service Award. Additional service includes past secretary-treasurer of the Mccracken County Bar Association and co-chair for the Paducah/McCracken County United Way Campaign. Mr. Murphy is presently serving on the University of Kentucky College of Law Alumni Board of Directors, Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce and the Paducah Area Transit System. He is also a member of the Kentucky and American Bar Associations. His practice areas include real estate, litigation, utility law and business law. |
